have an08 115 opti that will idle all day long but when throttled up boat planes out chokes and dies. have to go back and pump up ball then will run fine.problem only happens after a duration of idling. have taken to dealer replaced fuel line and bulb still happens. it just sucks the bulb dry and loses its siphon. what do i do. thought about running an electric fuel pump in front of the bulb which in theory would always keep it full. any thoughts
