mercuiser inline six GM 250

I just purchased two inline six 165 mercruiser engines. I am planning on taking the motors apart to inspect them.They are the GM 250, can anyone tell me what the difference in gaskets would be between the truck motor and the boat motor since they are the same block. I know that it is about a $200 difference between the two.
