started motor today changed plugs 6 gallons gas 5oz sea foam.motor started sneezed stalled.restared ran coughed stalled.checked fuel pump rebulit 2009 rebuilt carb 2009 changed fuel line to 3/8 plus pump please help

The sneezing and coughing sounds like you are running lean. Did the motor sit through the winter with untreated gas? Try pulling the needles out and cleaning them and jets first. make sure you seat the needles according to specs. If this doesn't help than I recommend a complete breakdown and cleaning of the carbs. Well cleaned carb some crap in it blow out carb .runs better how do i adjust carb in water our in barrel.start at 1 1/2 turns help:rolleyes:

I don't know what the specs are for that motor but I would say 11/2 turns from a lightly seated jet screw would get you close where you could turn it in or out 1/4 turn. You really need to set it to specs though. Start with 11/2 turns and see how it runs. Then try 1 1/4 or 1 3/4 and see if it makes a difference. Good luck
