Opinions on MarFab

I recently tore down my 25hp Merc and found I had scored cylinders that are going to need a rebore. I've talked to Kurt at MarFab recently and he seems like a straight up type of guy. Have any of you used them before and if so, what is your opinion of their work. Thanks

They are GREAT people to work and deal with, Kurt,Nancy,Larry and Jason know their stuff. Just a little advice as he may have told you the cylinders on a 25 are thin in spots and hard to sleeve, and the price is also most to the point of getting a replacement block. I would ship it and let him check it first before repairing.

You don't really need anyone else experience. Fazt is kind of a crazy gearhead racer who has probably tore down more engine that you'll ever see in your life :)
