I have a Vindicator 225 year 1993, the engine have perfect compression, new spark plugs, all rebuilt carbs, timing just done, also a sink and link all done by a professional. The carbs are jetted. The engine has a low idle sputter and will stall, the engine runs great most of the time, but then will decrease rpms, gag, sputter the works, and then on top end it will reach 5500 rps ,most of the time then it will bounce up and down from 5300, to 5500 rpms, lacking fuel . All the fuel lines and filters up to the fuel pump have been changed. Anyone have any ideas??? thanks

I think (not sure) that model has an idle air adjustment on carbs. If it does they are in behind throttle bodies. You could try adjusting them. Keep in mind adjustments should be made in water.
Top end surge have someone squeeze primer bulb too see if that helps
Make sure you are using correct spark plugs!
