I have a 1975 Evinrude 25hp. It idles fine. It runs great for about 5 minutes going down the lake. Then it bogs down. I can pull the throttle back and put it in neutral and it picks back up. I have replace fuel lines, fuel pump, bulb, and cleaned carb. If I don't pull the throttle back and put in neutral, it sputters and dies. It always starts right back up. Running out of things to check.
