Anybody own one of these units? Anything good or bad about them I should know? I'm considering one to replace an outdated Garmin 162 b/w unit on my center console. I currently fish about 75% inland lakes and about 25% coastal/inshore. Don't need the fishfinder model, just the GPS. The units with 4-inch screens are in my price range, but I'm thinking a 5-inch screen may be worth the extra $$ for my 43-year old eyes.
Think I do want the satellite and 3D capabilities for freshwater, but not so much for saltwater. Would I be better suited to get the 441 or 541 (with preloaded coastal maps) and then add the Inland Lakes Vision card? This seems like the best bang for the buck. Any help or thoughts would be appreciated.
