That is the pinion gear. It only comes as an assembly with the bearing and if you want to buy a new one, you might as well buy a whole used lower unit.

I don't know the gear ratio on the 70. Chrysler used two different ratios on different engines. SO: you must count the teeth that are left on the pinion.
