I've started painting and have a quick question. How think does the etching primer have to be. Most of my old paint is on, I'm really just using the ZC to hit the bare metal spots and give the entire hull a light dusting. Should I hit the hull with enough primer that the entire thing is green or is it OK being spotty?
Next I'm planning on roll and tipping the hull with interlux primer and topside paint.
