Is there a product out there that will take the stubborn water/scum line off without removing the bottom paint? Last year when I asked a marine store salesperson this, they recommended On/Off. This product took away the scum line great, but also the bottom paint. Tried another "hull cleaner", possibly StarBrite, and it did the same thing. Any ideas?
