Note in the description of the boat "massive stereo with subs" was listed before "all safety gear included."

It's not moving that fast. Little risk of injury. In general, it's not a good idea to jump out of a moving boat. But it's not a good idea to jump out of a moving airplane either.

He's not jumping out of the boat, he's "toe surfing". This is how Canadians surf when the water is too cold to go in. You hang by your toes from the gaurd rail around the bow and start with your head in the water. If you're good, as the boat comes up on plane, you'll finally be surfing on just your hands.
