Lower unit appears to be slipping at idle speed and during acceleration until boat is on plane. Prop hub replaced still doing same thing, lower unit oil looked fine, and very little for metal shavings on the lower drain plug. It is very difficult to turn the prop by hand when in gear and sounds like rubber rubbing together. Any help would be fantastic. Motor is 2.5L EFI.:
