1974 50 Horse Johnson

I have a 50ESL74M and the bottom piston has very low spark and the top piston has no spark, what could be the problem. PLEASE HELP!!

tryed disconnecting the wire and still the same, really weak spark on the bottom piston and no spark on the top piston, wondering if it would be the power pack, don't really know much about boat motors.
