I've got a 21.5' cuddy Campion that has a wrap around (zipper/snaps) enclosure. Almost full clear vinyl except for sunbrella on the outer edges where the zippers are. I would like to replace the vinyl as it is cracking and opaque. what weight vinyl would be the best, what would be the minimum weight that i could get away with without tears ect? thanks

Mac,

Clear vinyl comes in multiple weights...20, 30, 40 ga. The higher the gauge the clearer and more rigid it is. If you are going to be rolling up window pieces stay with lighter (20-30) gauge. If most of your panels are fixed than you could go with 40 gauge. Clear vinyl also comes two ways - on a roll and in pressed sheets. Roll material is less clear and more flexible than pressed sheets. Personelly I think a good quality 30 gauge roll material is the best overall value.
