I'm currently rebuilding a 175 powerhead. The number 1 and 3 piston seized. I took it apart and looked over everything. The crank, block, and connecting rods all look in good condition. I?m going to order 6 new piston kits, bore/hone each cylinder, and order all new gaskets and bearings for rods and crank.

My questions are,

1) The number 3 piston broke a small piece off from one of the ports in the cylinder. Can i still use this cylinder and just bore it out .02? PIC ATTACHED

2) The middle dome of the head has aluminum pits. Can this be reused or anther dome installed? PIC ATTACHED

3) I also forgot to label which rod goes with which cylinder, stupid mistake. I tried to match marks on cylinders to pistons and marks of bearing surfaces. I noticed there?s numbers on 3 rods that say AE 560, 2 rods that say AD 570, and 1 rod that says AD 580. Right now I have AE 560 rods on cylinders 2, 4, and 6. Cylinder 1 is AD 580, and 3/5 are AD 570. What do these mean and what cylinder does each go to. I think i have it right but i just want to make sure.

Thank you anyone that can help.
