i have a 1973 merc 500 starts then idles rough for a while then dies sounds like plug wire grounding out have ran it in the dark and see no spark jumping but has the tick sound then dies out sometimes it will run 2 minutes before doing it and sometimes it does it right away have changed all wireing cap and rotor with wires i dont know what else to check
