I have been searching the web for an answer to this question. I have an 87' OMC control box that was attatched to an 87' rude' 50hp. Because I live in NJ most of the lakes in the area thave a 10hp restriction. I converted my 2006 Johnson 9.9hp 4stroke tiller to a remote set-up. My question is: Will the older box work for this application. I know the old cables wont work, but do the sell ones that will? It looks like the Morse 3300(I think that was the name) cable ends will fit the engine, but I dont think they will hook-up to the box. Any info would be great. thank you
