What exactly do you do--maintain those loading cranes? And is that you in the second pic? Must be nice to work near the water but I ain't crazy about heights

Are you driving those cranes or fixing them? I've done the fixing part at a steel mill in ontario canada in january. For some reason I didn't find it much fun.

Well technically I'm a Service Delivery Manager for a company that supports all IT functions - east coast. west coast, Gulf ports. I have three port facilities in my region(N. CA) and half a dozen other small satellite sites(Stockton, Concord Naval weapons stn., Sac., etc). And our systems go up in the ehouses (topmost "house" on crane, where electrical, power, fiber optic, CAT5 and communications come together). Geez yesterday i was trouble shooting a UPS Cat diesel generator, had a coolant leak and clogged fuel filter

I love it!
