I'm installing a fuel/water separator filter kit. The directions say to make sure the primer bulb is on the engine side of filter. Tank /filter/ bulb/ engine is this correct? If so can I move the primer bulb by the engine to make it easer to get to. It is currently in the the fuel tank storage area. Thanks for any help.
