Evinrude Trolling motor lower unit rebuild

I brought this used evinrude trolling motor and it wouldn't run so i troubleshooted it down to the lower unit. When I took the lower unit apart out came water. Of course everything is rusted inside.
Can you all give me some pointers on cleaning it so I can get it running again? Or maybe finding some new brushes etc.
Model is BFL4PV.97

For brushes you can take one with you to your local Starter/Alternator repair shop (Auto Electric Shops in the yellow pages). As for how to get it running again is a question of how badly it is rusted and whether the armature is any good. The electric shop can check that for your as well. Then you probably need bearings and new seals or you will be doing this again in a couple weeks. Hope you didn't pay much for it.

I cleaned everything up and got it running. Unfortunately I can't find any replacement o rings
