I Have a Vovo Penta AQ 200D with a no. 1834 stapped on the block in front of right head. Is their anyway to tell the year of this engine by the number or any other way

The 200D was used from 77 to 86. A volvo serial numbe is the only thing that MAY help. determine the exact age. If too old, there won't be a record.
If you have the SN, post it.

The Engine In Question Has A Number 460777 I Also Have Another With A Volvo Plate And The Numbers On That Top Row 500886848 Next Row 4100134735 The Best I Can Tell I Got All. Maybe You Know Which Volvo It Is I Am Thinking Volvo Aq 211a Or Aq 231 A

The engine with the 4100134735 serial number is a 500B model. Used between 90 and 93.
Assuming the 460777 is the SN of your original engine, Volvo doesn't go back that far. As far as parts and manuals go, the AQ200D is all the information you need for the engine.

It's NOT an AQ, it's newer than that. It's a 500B.
