45 HP mariner running on 2 cylinders

I have what appears to be a 1987 45hp mariner serial# OB201809. The first thing is the year correct? I am not getting any fire on the bottom 2 cylinders #3 and #4. Now at first i thought maybe the coilpacks so i swapped the #1 and #4 packs and problem did not follow. I had fire on 1 and no fire on 4 still. My next thoughts is that the switchbox has failed but im not sure if its that or the stator. What is the easiest way to determine the bad part?

I swapped the red/white with the red and the blue/white with the blue and the problem remained on the bottom two cylinders. Guess i need a power pack or switch box (whatever you want to call it). Anyone got a good deal on one?

Here is schematics to test that pack, likely diode failed from bad ground on coil or coil internal ground bad..
