I recently moved to South Florida and decided I need a boat. I went to the boat show last week and really liked the Sea Ray deck boats. They were comfortable. But, I plan on doing quite a bit of scuba diving, and from what I hear a deck boat is not a good boat for going out to the reef, or beyond. So, I'm looking for a something that is comfortable to lounge around on, but also can take me out in deep water to some of the wrecks. I was looking at some cats, but they are pretty far out of my price range (even the used ones). Does anybody have any suggestions of that manufacturers I should check out? Thanks for your help and I'll see you out there!

hi ....welcome to i boats !

i love the rays.....but bayliner is a good entry level boat.....but you might want to look at a good used 24-28 ft rig.....

I love those Sundecks and if we had more sunny days here in the Pacific Northwest thats what I'd own.

Some smaller cruisers (24-26 feet) have fold away seats in the back that might give you some room for gear.
