28SPL long shaft..I believe its either a 94 or 95..(sad I haven t used the boat in so long that I cant remember the year)
I can try and find paperwork and get model # and such if needed.
This motor has sat at least 4 years if not longer..
What steps should I take in bringing her back to a weekly running engine? At first though would be to pull the plugs and spray some lube inside the cylinder and get everything moving inside. And im guessing a impeller replacement is mandatory from dry rot or brittle from sitting so long.
Any other thoughts? And also what about a link to step by step directions on replacing the said impeller?
