Look on there web site and enlarge the photos you ( I do not think ) will not see any rivit lines on the Aluminum line for 2010. The sides look clear as well as the stern. Makes the older rivited hulls more valuable. I think.

Re: Starcraft Hull's

According to the 2010 catalog pdf from the website they are offering a lifetime warranty on the "double-riveted seams" so they are still using rivets.

The cost for all-welded hulls would be much higher I believe, like the crestliners and flat-bottomed rigs that have no rivets.

That being said...our older SC hulls are still more valuable if ya ask me;):D

Re: Starcraft Hull's

Information from the local boat Dealer said thats why they had no boats to display. The brochure showed smooth sides and clear rear end shot.. niot a rivet in sight . Smokercraft Boats were all welde hulls this year as is crestliner and Lund. I personally prefer the rivit Gee Boeing Aircraft still rivit outside skins so it must still be a great way to build. If true it will probably raise there price several Thousand per Boat.
