im looking to purchase a 1985 formula pc 28 and the floor in the cabin in front of the vberth is popped up a little bit with my foot i can press the floor back down. the floor is solid and not soft like its rotted. i looked and looked and could find no signs of water entry but of coarse i cant not rip apart anything to see if the water is coming in behind anything. is the main floor a seperate piece of wood that some how became loose in this particular area or am i looking at a major structural issue?
