the Fast Idle Function does not work on my motor, I have to open the throttle for the motor to start and after I few seconds when the engine is somewhat warmed up I can put it back in neutral and the motor idles fine.
I know this motors are supposed to start up in high revs for few seconds and then go down to the normal Idle speed, but mine doesn't, I also put a new I.A.C valve but still does the same thing, any ideas?
