I thinking of buying a 1999 outrage 21 with twin yamaha 200 ox66 its cold and i paid the boat yard who is brokering the boat to do a compression test on the engines the resuls were;
port.135,135,135,125,125,110
stbd.110,120,120,125,95,125
they told me that thosenumbers were fine,what should I do?

Hire an independent boat surveyor to go over the entire boat. It's best to get an unbias opinion on all systems not only the engine. if it was me I would question the compression numbers given to you. Was the test done hot cold ? Did you sea trial?

The boat was cold, it was a yamaha dealer who did the test, i was not there. but i was told the those numbers specifically the 95 was a reason for concern.

take a mulligan on this one.
if they wish they can try a decarb then a leakdown test.
but the compression test is a total fail.

I agree with rodbolt.

If you had already owned this boat and came in with those numbers i'd tell you to either run some p-tune or some seafoam through it and re-test. If the numbers came up then great, if they didn't i'd tell you to run it till she pukes... which wouldn't be to long.

Boats are a buyers market, especially in this market and at this time of year. Keep shopping around.

Any 2 cylinders with more than 15 pounds difference = problems later. Are you not happy with your power or your speed on the 250. I dont think you are going to see a big difference in the 250 and the 300. But I have spent alot of money to go a little faster. That would be your call.

turn2 is right.. however I like mine within 10 or less.. those numbers are NO GOOD in my opinion. I did seafoam thru my motors several weeks back and they gained 20 lbs compression on all cyl..im impressed by seafoam.. I had 100 lbs on all 12 cly's.. and now have 120 on all 12.. WOW.. that stuff works..
