I have a 1980 e140trlcsa 140 hp with power tilt I hit a stump and it quit working the electric motor works fine . I have off of engine am trying to figure out what I need to replace or repair and how to get parts . Have not been able to locate any kind of repair info. Im guessing the round hockey puck looking part below elec motor must be the pump. When i spin it it has no effect. any advise or help will be appreciated
