Hi Guys & Girls

Great forum you have here.

i have been given by my grandfather a boat with a 1964 40hp evinrude on the back (Model: 40452-s) and upon pulling off the cover discovered it has a broken nipple on the outlet of the fuel pump in googling for a replacment i havent had much luck in finding one i think i might be able to use the sierra 18-7351?

I have attached a pic so you can check it out.

also is it worth while bypassing the old filter and putting an inline one instead?

Thanks
Steve

Well i cant help ya on the pump part number as my listing only go back to 68. as for the filter i would think you can remove and replace with an inline or just remove the guts and then use an inline.
