Hi I just brought a 90hp mercury 6cyl serial 8060552 and was wandering what year it is

Can't find anything on that serial, could your first 8 be a B ??
If so it could be a 1986 ??.
Got any additional info ?? like :
- The number on the carburetors ( WMK-?? )
- Type of ignition... distributor ( one coil ) or ADI ignition ( 6 coils )
- A picture of the engine might help some
Doesn't rely matter what year it is as most of the parts on these engines are identical
A six cylinder 90 HP? You sure it has 6 cylinders and not three or 4?
Mercury made a inline 6 90 hp from 1979 > 1987 + one back in 1965 .
