Hello! First time posting so please bare with me.
I was out taking a quick look at a '79 Alden 48' ketch the other day. It had some hull damage on the starboard side. I'm pretty new to all this and wanted to get some other opinions on what the situation was.
I'll try and post a few of the pics that I was able to get.
Basically what I am wondering is if damage like this can be repaired with patches and if what I am looking at is indicative hull that would have to be entirely replaced.
So what do you think? Don't touch it with a 10 foot pole?
