I have a 2002 merc 115 4 stk Runs rough at idle hesitates (some time stall) when accerated and stalls when throtle down. Checked the fuel presure it is 38 new filters had the vts serviced, carbon cleaned out of the motor, good spark diaonostic test has no codes , the comprssion is 140 in all of the cyls. Someone please help
