water in lower unit

1983 john 115 i replaced the two seals behind the prop and water is still getting in the lower unit fill and drain screws both have seals/washers is there any where else that the water could be getting in at? tanks for the help

Two other places would be the drive shaft and the shift shaft. Gotta drop the lower unit to get there and while you are there you might as well replace your water pump impeller and housing if need be.

are you talking about under the water pump and the shift rod aera in the lower unit
