Have noticed a boat on the side of a house thats forsale , on the ground with weeds grown up around it.
This fiberglass boat is a 15ft trihull with a walk through windshield.
The boat overall looks good and the metal and glass ok to.
The floor has been removed along with the stringers. Floor ok best I can tell.
I called the the phone number two times and left a message about the boat.
No return calls. Today I saw a man at the house. Stopped and ask about the boat. He said that he had bought the house and decided that he would give the boat to the first person that came by and ask about it .
No trailer, but I do have a flatbed trailer. Will pick up boat tomorrow.

Pictures and name brand of boat to come. noticed that the boat has never been registered. No decales at all, never.

I'v been thinking about removing the windshield, putting in front and back casting platforms for flats fishing in the bays.

Re: newbie with newbie rebuild.

well, I picked the boat up today.
mistake, I think ?

The boat is a 14'6" C-gull made by Sportcraft.1973.

the stringers are ok, someone cut the floor out. the back -aaa- what do you call it where the motor sits?
anyway the wall is part roited. needs replacing.

The more I look the more I think that I will give this job away.
Southeast Alabama if interested.

Put it out front with a for sale sign for $100. You might make a profit:)

Minus a title its usually just hazardous waste, take it back where it came from and err...deposit it quietly.

In Alabama you do not have to have a title, just a signed paper and one witness and the amount. Go to court house with this and have boat registered.
