I have a 2007 135 Optimax on my boat. Yesterday, I tried to use my boat and the engine was dead. I didn't used my boat in the previous two weeks.
I checked the batteries and they were fully charged. The batteries connections looks fine and everything (vhf radio, stereo, gps) worked on.
When I turned the switch on to start the engine everytime all I got was a continous click in the outboard. I didn't have at least one strong "push" to turn over and run. I tried several times with the same results. The voltage gauge was at 12.7 volts and it was ok with the fuel.
It could be the starter? It could be defective cables in the engine? Selenoid?
Please, let me know your suggestions to resolve my problem.
