Rebuilding carb. on 1960 40hp johnson. On the low speed needle just behind the packing is a sleeve. The needle threads through this. Well it suppose to be a pressed in fit according to my seloc manual. Mine just felll right out when I took the needle out. Is this sleeve still usable or will the packing nut tighten this up when put together?? Any thoughts
