1965 Starcraft OK for Susquehanna River?

I've fallen in love with a 1965 Starcraft now for sale. I think it needs some work but it looks pretty good. But I don't know that much about boats (except for kayaks) and I'm a little unsure about whether this boat would be OK for use in the Susqhehanna River, which is shallow and rocky. It is the 13-foot version. Any comments or guidance would be appreciated. Sus

Which part of the Susquehanna did you have in mind?

Yeah that's a pretty general question. The Susquhanna has lakes AND rapids :)
