I have a 1996 150hp mercury that has an external oil tank that fills an internal one under the hood. The internal tank has a cap on it with a sensor in the middle of the cap. I'm looking for that cap. The sensor is still good, but I'm not sure if you have to buy the whole thing, or if you can buy the cap seperate. I know I could get it from a dealer, but I'm looking to save some money and not have to use a dealer and their prices.
