200 Ocean Pro RPM

I have a 200 Ocean Pro that the RPM does not work. I have twins and I know the gauge works if i use a jumper wire. I cant get anything out of the one. The manual really does not cover this so any help would be awesome. Also it looks like the grey wire (which is the RPM wire) goes into the power pack. It runs great but would love for the rpm gauge to work. Thanks for any help. Neal

the tach signal comes from the stator or rectifier regulator.

you wil see a yellow/gray wire comming from the stator or a gray wire from the regulator.

i would check for continuity between the tachs end gray wire and the connection on the terminal strip gray wire.

Nice thing about twins is you can swap parts.
Swap the rectifiers, if the tach starts to work its the rectifier.
