Suzuki spring rev lock

hi,

I have bought a Suzuki 15DF, early this year with some 50 hrs running up to now. The annoying thing with it is that constantly the 2 spring rev locks break within the first operating hour following replacement. I have changed 8 springs to date and have no clue on the root cause of this malfunction.
Can someone help me ?
