Hmmmmmm. The guys on "Top Gear" drove a Veyron and wanted to marry it. Must be one heck of a car.

Driving a Veyron while talking on a cell phone and bird watching must be a new record in inattention. Serves him right.

For 1.25 you would think it has an intergrated cell phone, Night Rider or 007 style.

That is my all time favorite supercar. I love that car!

Too bad he drove it into a marsh...... oh well I will fall upon my sword and accept the "wrecked" Bugatti :D I would not even care if it had a salvage title!

What an absolute dope but accidents do happen all the time so good luck to him, car is mostly junk IMO but it is also a big money car so I'm sure time will march on.

What I love most about the 1050 horsepower Veyron is the horsepower gauge, actually displaying the amount of HP it's making, we should all e so lucky. I'm sure it has mnay other "neat" features as well.
I do believe this is the first Veyron "wrecked" in North America. I saw pictures of one wrecked in the UK about a year ago.

This couldn't happen here. It's against the law to talk on a cell when driving, and everyone obeys the law......right. Now, on the other hand, it's perfectly legal for a pelican to fly at any height it wishes .

Wow, must be weird to live in the upper echelons of wealth... to be so blase about driving one of the fastest supercars in the world, that your NEED of the cell phone trumps total euphoria of driving one of the fastest supercars in the world.

I bet he talks on the cell phone while he bangs the $5,000/hr escorts too.

Everything is relevant, money included.

A rich guy wrecking a 1.25 million car while talking on a cell phone is no more of a personal loss than Bubba Joe wrecking his truck because a Bud Light can rolled out from under the seat and got wedged under the brake peddle on his way home to the trailer park. :D

I am not positive, but I believe the "wing" on the back is computer controlled and raises/lowers based on speed. For it to be in a fully upright position, he had to be traveling in excess of 150. I highly doubt the cell phone story. I think that's something he made up to not look like a totally incompetent driver. What's worse, Yeah officer, I was just cruising @ 180 when I saw a bird and lost control -or- Sorry officer, I was on the phone and, yeah, I know that's not right, but....
