I have a freeze damaged fuel cooler on my '05 Mercury 115 4-stroke. It has been upright since it was put outside. I ran it with the muffs yesterday to circulate the fuel stabilizer. The boat has been outside for a couple of weeks with a full tank of fuel and sub-freezing temps at night. Is it possible that the fuel is cold enough to freeze the small water line in the cooler as the motor was running for five minutes? Thanks, Geordie67.
