i got a 1999 merc 40 4 stroke and the motor has been sunk...motor was given to me and now trying to get it running...changed oil and cleaned carbs went to start and i have very week fire, only fires between electrode but not off the end, im thinking the voltage regulater is bad cause i dont think its likely for all three coils to go bad...anyone have any ideas?
