1996 johnson 115 no spark on one side

i have a johnson 115 and im not gettin fire on 1 side ive checked and replaced everything that you coul from the power pack to the coils to the stater now when i replaced the power pack i got spark on 1 side which was more than i had before any advice would be helpful thanks oh and i checked compression also

Check your shift switch as it will kill one side if out of adjustment or stuck. It is on starboard side of engine where cables are.

I did not think the V4s had shift assist switches. What about the S.L.O.W. system? SLOW kills spark to 1/2 the motor.
