I've been spending considerable time searching and researching all that is available today with regards to Bay Boats. I've learned what I want in a boat design from hull to storage, etc.
The boat will be used most often by a fishing enthusiast, therefore, I really appreciate the storage design found on the Bay Ranger.
I would appreciate learning of other makes similar to the interior design of the Bay Ranger. Specifically accomodating rod storage, etc.
I've come to like a few other makes from Sea Hunt to Key West and everthing inbetween, BUT I am finding that most bay boats are essentially the same with regards to interior layout whereby a lot of floor space is eaten up by live wells, ice chest seats, and step ups to the bow deck, etc.
Are there any makes I'm missing that put emphasis on fuctionality with the sportfisherman in mind? i.e.; rod lockers, storage, floor space, etc.
Thanks.
p/s I am amazed at all that is available in this style of boat. Therfore, the reason why I ask such a nebulous question.
