Merc888, Ford 302, R drive: Assuming equal amount of engine hours running, would the bellows last longer if constantly submerged (ie: in a slip), or on the trailer? Just curious.
Not sure on that one. But a little silicone spray on them once in a while will help protect them from the ozone which is what kills them. so having said that I guess if the water is not real bad, maybe in the water will keep a little better.
