GOOD MORNING!
has anyone taken a tiller handle apart?
looks like a ***** to tear appart or is there a better way to loosen one up?
no grease serks that i could see and it turns very hard

Which one are you dealing with? Some can be somewhat of a chinese puzzle if you dont have the manual, or proper tools'.

You have the handle where a manual really heilps. LaPorte city is about 18 miles East of Waterloo.

Any Ideas On How Or Were To Get Some Wd40 Or Grease On It To Loosen It Up

There is more than one thing that could make the throttle grip hard to turn. Disconnect from ign. stator plate, and see how it turns. Flush away old grease at every moving joint, and relube. That may help also.
