I am in the process of replacing rotten stringers, transom and aft bulkhead in my 91 Wellcraft 2600 Coastal. My question is what can I do to winterize these engines. They are both sitting on palletts and I dont have a way to fog the intake. Can I take the carbs off and try to fog the cylinders that way or remove the sparkplugs and get oil in the cylinders that way. I can remove the thermostat housing and fill with antifreeze but I want to make sure that I am doing all I can do to preserve the interior of these engines. Thanks for your help

Can you support the engines to hot wire them?
If not, pull the plugs and spray a lot of fogger into the cylinders, drain the block and manifolds and pour in the A/F.

I think I could, it didnt occur to me that combustion wasnt necessary for the fog to be drawn into the cylinders
