I was given a 15hp Sears Gamefisher that needs some work. I found the model number and serial number on a plate on the motor. The model number is 225.587150 and the serial number is 1103. I can't find a date of manufacture. I am considering taking it to a shop to see if it is worth fixing. The minimum shop charge where I will take it is $65.00 but I would like an idea of how old the motor is before I take it in. It looks pretty good on the outside.
